Persons wishing to become members must be willing to meet the following :
1. Purchase the minimum required equipment: AEG, Hi and Lo Cap magazines, uniforms, eye protection, two way radio, and a load carrying system with hydration for carrying their essential gear. A battery charger is also required.
2. Adhere to a standard of honor and professionalism while participating at Airsoft events (you not only represent yourself, but the team as well).
3. Be a team player willing to fill the role of any position on the team to include Team Leader when needed.
4. Attend practices and events (as work and family schedules allow).
5. Have fun at practices and events (airsoft is a sport and should be enjoyed).
6. An individual will be admitted to the team after these conditions have been met.
- A- Potential recruits must have played either with or against Team Recondo at least 2 times.
- B- A current team members nominates the individual.
- C- The nomination is seconded by another member.
- D- A vote will be held and will only pass when 3/4 of the votes are for.
- E- If a "NO" vote is cast, the descending voice must express a valid reason why (in private if preferred).
- F- Any "NO" vote will stall the process until the descending voice either changes his vote or the councel review the person in question a decideds the person is a no go and the voting will stop.
- G- Absain votes count in the final precentage. They are neither a yes nor a no vote but can drag the precentage down low enough to cause a revote at a later date if desired.
7. As a member you must understand that you may be photographed during training and events. If you have any problems due to military or civilian occupational requirements let the team know.
8. All members must adhere to the rules or scenarios and the field owners where the events take place. This will include safety restrictions, code of conduct and velocity of airsoft weapons.
9. Membership can be revoked if the individual:
- A- his/her actions cause him/her to be thrown off a field by the owner,
- B- behavior is such that other team members are not or can not work with him/her,
- C- Causes irreparable harm to the team or airsoft community due to his/her actions/behavior.
